Nordtec: Terms & Conditions
These conditions are the sole conditions upon which we are prepared to accept orders from and supply goods to you, the customer. They shall govern the contract to the entire exclusion of any other express or implied.
Carriage & Packing
This will be charged at the standard rate of £7.50 (to UK) by a courier of the vendors choosing. Overseas delivery will be at the rate of £5 per item to countries in the EU, £10 per item Worldwide. If what the vendor considers to be large orders are placed, specific shipping terms will be discussed with the customer.
We will deliver to a designated delivery address. Non-delivery of goods must be notified to us if the products have not arrived within 30 business days following payment. (40 for overseas orders) We will aim to deliver all items within 20 business days of payment being received. (25 for EU deliveries, 35 internationally).
Quotations & Prices
Quotations are based on current costs of materials and manufacture and we reserve the right to make amendments as necessary
Prices shall be those ruling at the date of invoice.
Payment on web sales must be received prior to items being dispatched. Non web orders will require a valid PO before dispatch and invoiced must be paid within 30 days.
If you wish to return any items, please contact us via email within 30 days of receipt stating whether you require a refund or exchange.
We will then give you instructions on how to get the package back to us.
Items will only be refunded or exchanged if they are returned in their original condition. We cannot refund any postage costs.
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.
Limitations on liability
Where goods are faulty they will be credited in full provided they are returned, unused, within 30 days of delivery. Our liability to you for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused shall be limited to and in no circumstances shall exceed the price of the goods.
Once work has commenced on your order it will not be possible to cancel or amend it and you will become liable for the full cost.
Every effort will be made to carry out the contract but its due performance is subject to cancellation or such variation as we may consider necessary as a result of inability to secure labour or materials or as a result of any act of God, strike, dispute, fire, flood, legislation or other cause beyond our control and we shall not be held liable for any delay, default, loss, loss of profit or damage due to any of these causes.
The contract shall be governed by English Law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
